yeha i didnt think about that well where could i buy this supplies and use my grandparents home they have a old darkroom they use as storage

Darkrooms don’t typically smell up your home … It hasn’t mine. Are you planing on leaving all the chemicals in the trays 24/7?
Since you have worked in a darkroom, you know what you need. But what I hear from you question is that you have not considered the cost of keeping the darkroom cool in the summer or warm in the winter … and dark, well ventilated and with the necessary electrical outlets. Building a new building in your back yard could cost you more that the cost of your enlarger and the other accessories you need to buy to get your darkroom going.
