Buy a copy of the Kodak Color Darkroom Data Guide and the Black & White Data Guide.

Visit your local professional camera store and ask if they know anyone doing color printing at home or if they have recommendations for a color enlarger.

Visit apug.org (Analog Photography Users Group) and check their forums for color printing.

Visit photo.net/learn/darkroom/color-darkroom and read the article by Jerry Sparrow.

IMO you may want to have one enlarger for color and one for black and white. You should be able to make that determination with your research.

Keep an eye out on Ebay.

Many professional photographers are closing up shop due to retirement or going onto digital. You can find complete darkrooms with amazing equipment at very good prices.

My darkroom equipment was acquired this way. You may have to wait for the right equipment, but its worth it.

Enlargers and other darkroom bits and pieces have a very long life. Providing it has been well looked after it will give you good service.
