How do I develop photographic paper?

I need to build a pin-hole camera, but I dont know how to develop the photgraphic paper that I’m using, I know I have to have a darkroom and stuff, but I am hoping that a photo developing place will do it for me. Does anyone know who can develop photographic paper?
